This I.A. has been filed for substitution as against the deceased Petitioner.

Considering the averments made in this I.A. and as a 'VAKALATNAMA' is already filed on behalf of the L.Rs of the deceased Petitioner, the application for substitution as against the deceased Petitioner is allowed.

Learned counsel for the substituted Petitioners is directed to file a consolidated cause title.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
