1. Apparently, in terms of the impugned order of the Ombudsman, which has been challenged by the Petitioner, nothing is required to be done by the Petitioner. The Petitioner is aggrieved by some stray observation, which the counsel for the Petitioner admits is not binding even on the Ombudsman.
