The Petitioner being a sitting M.L.A. failing on his attempt to get the dispute resolved, however in his opposition has raised certain objection in the matter of utilization of Fund in the approved projects, vide Annexure-5 series pending with the Additional Chief Secretary, Planning and Convergence Department, O.P.1. 3.

Considering the grievance of the Petitioner, a sitting M.L.A., this Court in disposal of the Writ Petition directs O.P.1 to look into the grievance of the Petitioner under Annexure-5 series and take decision, as appropriate by giving proper approach to the complain considering the complain has come from the elected Representative

// 2 // of the State. The entire exercise will be completed within a period of fifteen days from the date of communication of this order along with copy of the Writ Petition by the Petitioner.
