1. Heard Ms. S. Mohanty, learned counsel for the Appellantclaimant and Mr. P. Sinha, learned counsel for the Respondent No.2-Insurance Company.

2. Present appeal by the claimant is directed against the award dated 31.07.2018 of the learned 7th MACT, Bhubaneswar in M.A.C. No.30 of 2013 wherein the learned Tribunal has granted compensation to the tune of Rs.3,46,800/- along with simple interest @7% per annum to him from the date of filing of the claim application i.e.13.03.2013 on account of injury sustained in the motor vehicular accident dated 5.8.2012.

3. The claimant has come up praying for enhancement of the compensation amount.

4. In course of hearing, both the parties agree for a further consolidated amount of Rs.2,00,000/-.

5. Accordingly recording the submissions of Ms. Mohanty and Mr. Sinha, learned counsels for respective parties, the appeal is disposed of with a direction to Respondent No.2-insurer to pay the further consolidated amount of Rs.2,00,000/- (rupees two lakhs) to the claimant by depositing the same before the learned Tribunal within a period of two months from today, which shall be disbursed in favour of the claimant.

6. An urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
