This writ petition is filed with an allegation of nonconsideration of the objection of the Petitioner in the process of finalization of the reservation list as appearing at Annexure-6. 2.

Learned counsel for Petitioner submitted that Petitioner has submitted her objection on 03.01.2022 before the Collector, Nayagarh and there has been no service of outcome. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court observes, if the Petitioner has already submitted her objection before the Collector, Nayagarh within appropriate time, the same is required to be considered by the Collector before making final publication of the reservation list. This

// 2 // Court finds, this writ petition becomes premature at this stage. In the process this Court directs, in the event the State-authorities are already in receipt of the objection of the Petitioner vide Annexure-5 and there is outcome, they must supply a copy of the outcome thereon to the Petitioner within a period of three days from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of this order by the Petitioner. It is also made clear that basing on such outcome, if the Petitioner is so advised, may re-approach the Court with proper grounds.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 5.
