Heard Mr. B. Dash, learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.
The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the opposite parties to regularize his services as Junior Manager from the date of his appointment under annexure-2 and as Assistant Manager from 05.11.2016 i.e. the date of merger of his post under Annexure-9. 4.
In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be permitted to file a fresh comprehensive representation before the authority highlighting the grievances, and the same may be directed to be disposed of taking into consideration the order dated 28.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.21617 of 2013 within a stipulated time.

Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, but, however, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition stands disposed of with the direction that in case the petitioner, with regard to the
grievance made in this petition, files a fresh comprehensive representation before the authority within two weeks hence, the same shall be considered by the said authority taking into consideration taking into consideration the order dated 28.07.2015 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.21617 of 2013 and pass appropriate order, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation along with the certified copy of this order.

With the above observation and direction, the writ petition is dispose of.
