This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

This I.A. has been filed by the petitioner for modification of the order dated 17.01.2023.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the W.P.(C) No.1294 of 2023 was disposed of by order dated 17.01.2023. It is further submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the name of the district of the petitioner and the address of the Opposite Party No.5 has been inadvertently mentioned as "Dhenkanal" instead of "Kendrapara" and the address of the Opposite Party No.5-the Executive Engineer, Angul Irrigation Division, Angul, At/P.O./P.S./Dist.-Angul, which mistake also
// 2 // appears in the cause title of the writ application. It is also submitted by leaned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to make necessary corrections in Court today. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to make necessary corrections in the cause title of the writ application in Court today. 5.
In view of the aforesaid modification, eight weeks' further time from today is extended for considering the case of the petitioner subject to depositing cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred) in the Advocates' Welfare Fund of Orissa High Court Bar Association within fifteen days and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 6.
It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner shall stand revoked automatically.

The I.A is accordingly disposed of.
Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
