This matter involves an issue relating to Grama Panchayat Election. For the Grama Panchayat Election is already over and result has been declared, any issue surviving for consideration is only by way of election dispute. This Court does not want to keep this matter pending any further but however while dismissing the Writ Petition observes, if the Petitioner has any grievance surviving, if so advised, may agitate the same by way of election dispute.
