Heard Mr. R.K. Behera, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. A.K. Mishra, learned Addl. Government Advocate. 3.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the order of termination dated 23.12.2021 under Annexure-5 from the post of C.R.P. Members, and further seeks direction to opposite parties no.11 and 12 to allow them to continue as usual in their posts of CRP.

Since the petitioners have filed this writ petition challenging the order of disengagement passed by the association, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to pursue their remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
