This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 31.03.2012 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Champua in Criminal Revision No.10/6 of 2011 confirming the order dated 28.2.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Champur in CMC No.112 of 2007 wherein the learned S.D.J.M in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. awarded a monthly maintenance of Rs.1000/- to the Opposite Party-father-in-law and directed the Petitioner-daughter-in-law to pay the same from the date of filing of the petition i.e. 20.11.2007. 3.

After sad demise of Mr. Smruti Ranjan Pati, no one is appearing for the Petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
