On 26.07.2022, status report had been called for from the Court of the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher, as the G.R. case sought to be transferred was of the year, 2013 and interim order of stay granted by this Court had not been extended since the last eight years. Learned counsel for the petitioner had also been directed to obtain instructions regarding status of G.R. Case No. 353 of 2013.

Status report has not yet been received from the Court of learned S.D.J.M., Talcher.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to proceed further in the case and wants to withdraw this TRP(CRL) and files a memo to that effect. 4.

The TRP(CRL) is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.

A copy of this order be sent to the learned S.D.J.M., Talcher forthwith.
