Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this Criminal Misc. Case and, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same. To that effect, a memo dated 4th April, 2022 has been filed.

Hence, the CRLMC stands dismissed as being withdrawn. 5.

Interim order dated 22nd April, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.767 of 2011 stands vacated.
