Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 3.

Petitioner did not enclose the outcome of Annexure-3 in the writ petition. In such event, this Court finds difficulty in entertaining the writ petition. In this view of the matter, petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to re-approach after obtaining the copy of rejection order, if any. 4.

Mr.Sahoo, learned Additional Standing Counsel is directed in the event Annexure-3 is received by the competent authority and the order is passed on the same, communication of such order be made to the petitioner at least within a period of seven days hence.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout copy of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned
