Considering the long passage of time and the nature of the relief granted by the impugned order of the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Bhubaneswar (OAT) which involves re-computation of the pension payable to the Opposite Party, the Court does not consider it appropriate to entertain the writ petition at this stage.

2. The writ petition is dismissed.

3. The Registry is directed to communicate this order to the Opposite Party since no counsel has entered appearance on his behalf.
