1. A copy of the order dated 6th December, 2014 passed by the Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in Civil Proceeding No.163 of 2014 granting divorce to the Petitioner No.1 and Opposite Party No.2 by dissolving the marriage under Section 13(B) of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 has been placed on record. It also records the terms of settlement between the parties.

2. In that view of the matter, Bhubaneswar Mahila P.S. Case No.146(48) of 2012, corresponding to G.R. Case No.973 of 2012 pending in the Court of S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar and all proceedings consequential thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is accordingly disposed of.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
