Since there will be requirement of further pleadings depending Order No.

on the outcome on the objection submitted by the Petitioner, this Court finds, the writ petition in the present form remains premature. Therefore, while directing the learned State Counsel to serve a copy of the outcome on the objection of the Petitioner within a period of seven days hence, if it is already not served, this Court also grants liberty, in the event the Petitioner is so advised, may approach by way of further writ petition upon receipt of the outcome on his objection. 2.
