CORAM:
JUSTICE BISWANATH RATH
ORDER
12.09.2022 Order No.
08.
1.
Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2.
This writ petition involves non-engagement of the petitioner and in his place opposite party no.3 is engaged as Gram Rozgar Sevak. Whatever may be the reason finding the opposite party no.3 is in enjoyment of an interim order for 12 years, this Court does not like to affect such long continuance of a person and that too a Gram Rozgar Sevak. For efflux of time, this Court finds the grievance, if any, in the writ petition cannot be entertained at this stage. Consequently the writ petition stands dismissed. (Biswanath Rath) sks Judge
