1. This is an application for modification/clarification of order dated 15th February, 2022 passed in W.P.(C) No.15293 of 2006 which was dismissed in view of the order passed in W.P.(C) No.17099 of 2006 dated 15th February, 2022.

2. The order dated 15th February 2022 is clarified by directing that the Status quo order dated 2nd August 2019, passed by this Court during the pendency of the writ petition will continue till the disposal of the corresponding consolidation revision case. Further the time for disposal of the said consolidation case is extended till 4th July, 2022 and the orders passed therein be made available to the parties not later than 11th July 2022. It is further clarified that the writ petition was "disposed of" and not 'dismissed'

3. The IA is accordingly disposed of.
