Mr. Soubhagya Kumar Dash, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the notices contemplated under section 41A of Cr.P.C. have been served on the petitioners and they have complied with the terms and conditions of the notice and therefore, there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners in connection with the case.
