2. Learned counsel for the Bank states that the present Account No.03970600033376 of Karunakar Swain, for the loan availed from UCO Bank, Nimapara Branch, Dist-Puri upon deposit of a settled amount, the loan account stands closed and nothing survives in the present writ petition.

3. In view of the aforesaid statement, the present writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
