1. Considering that the Petitioner is now 69 years old and is only drawing the pension and considering that the stay of the impugned order of the State Information Commission has been continuing since 2nd December, 2011, the Court modifies the penalty amount required to be paid by the Petitioner in terms of the impugned order from Rs.5,000/- to Rs.1,000/-. The amount shall now be paid within two weeks.
