This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the BLAPL to move the trial court afresh on the ground that at the time of consideration of the bail application the material witnesses were not examined.

Granting such liberty the BLAPL is disposed of as withdrawn. 5.

It is needless to say that the learned court in seisin over the matter shall consider the bail application, if so filed, without being influenced by the order passed earlier.
