This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioners apprehending their arrest in Bhogarai P.S. Case No.37 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 465, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C. and Sections 9, 10 and 11 of the Prohibition of Child Marriage Act, 2006, have filed this petition for their release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the State.

Petitioners had approached this Court earlier vide ABLAPL No.2646 of 2021 and this Court on 30th July, 2021 had directed them to surrender before the court below, but instead of surrendering before the court below, they have again

// 2 // approached this Court by filing the instant bail application. This is nothing, but to kill the judicial time.

Hence, I see no reason to review the aforesaid order. 6.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected and the ABLAPL is disposed of being dismissed.
