1. The Petitioner is unable to inform the Court what amount the Petitioner is supposed to pay to the consumer, and vice versa, in terms of the impugned order of the OMBUDSMAN. Despite repeated queries, he has no clear answer whether there is any grievance at all of the Petitioner as a result of the impugned order of the OMBUDSMAN. The Court is therefore unable to appreciate why the Petitioner has challenged the impugned order of the OMBUDSMAN if in fact it is not inconvenienced by such order.
