Mr. Panda, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and draws attention to last page in the show cause filed by his client. Relied upon paragraph in the document is reproduced below.

"In view of the above facts, it is crystal clear that the house of the applicant has neither fully affected nor severely damaged. But, the pucca house of the applicant has been partly damaged in the ESCS FANI-19 and she is not entitled/eligible for getting House Building Assistance (HBA) under fully/severely affected category. Further, the applicant has been considered under pucca partially damage category and paid as per SDRF norms."

Mr. Nayak seeks time to file his client's objection against disposal of representation. Mr. Panda submits, if applicant is

// 2 // aggrieved, it will be a fresh cause of action as cannot be decided in contempt jurisdiction.

Representation of applicant appears to have been dealt with by the writing dated 12th February, 2022 made by office of alleged contemner. Applicant, if aggrieved, must mount substantial challenge there against.

With the above observation, the contempt application is disposed of.
