Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Bail Application with liberty to move this Court afresh at a later stage, if so advised.

It is stated that the petitioner is in custody since 16.11.2020, the learned Court in seisin of the matter shall do well to expedite the trial.

Accordingly, the bail application is disposed of as withdrawn with such liberty.
