This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 20.02.2007 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Jagatsinghpur in G.R. Case No.710 of 2006 wherein the learned S.D.J.M. has taken cognizance under Section 420 IPC and decided to proceed against him.

Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that there is no material to proceed against the Petitioner. But the State Counsel drawing the notice of the Court to the materials on record, submits the same to be without substance. 4.

Considering the facts and the submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order but giving liberty to the Petitioner to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised, this petition stands disposed of.
