1. There was an order passed by this Court on 16th July, 1997 requiring the Petitioner to take steps for removing the defects. It was made clear that if the Petitioner was failed to do so, the case would be dismissed "without reference to the Bench."

2. Today, none appears for the Petitioner. The requisite steps also do not appear to have been taken.
