It is surprise to note here that the R.P. No.99/ 2021 is yet to be admitted. However, considering the submission made by the learned counsel for Petitioner, this Court directs, if there is no major defects creating huddles on the entertainability of the R.P. No.99/2021 and if the Petitioner submits an application before the competent authority for admission of the R.P. No.99/2021, the R.P. No.99/2021 will be taken up for admission at least within a period of seven days from the date of filing of the application.

The writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. 4.

As restrictions due to resurgence of COVID-19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a printout of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner
