This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer: "The Petitioner therefore prays that this Hon'ble Court may be graciously pleased to issue Rule NISI to the Opp. Parties, show cause as to why the Opp. Party No.3 shall not to make any construction over the private land of the petitioner without acquiring the same and if the Opp. Parties fails to show cause or insufficient cause the said Rule may be made absolute restraining/prohibiting the Opp. Party No.3 to make any construction over Khata No.138, Plot No.28 of mouza Naranpur under Baranga Tahasil of Cuttack District without acquiring the same;
And/or directing the Opp. Party No.4 to dispose of the Demarcation Case No.26/2020 within a stipulated time; And pass any other order(s), direction(s) as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper;
And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

In course of hearing, Mr. Hota, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that since Demarcation Case No.26 of 2020 has already been disposed of in the meantime by the Tahasildar, Baranga, he does not want to press this writ petition.
