Mr. Samal, learned counsel appears for the State Government.

The present writ petitioner has been filed assailing the communication of the Government in Finance Department dtd. 18.02.2010 denying the Central (S.S.S) pension and State Token F.F. Pension.

Learned Counsel for the State on the basis of the Counter filed submits that the petitioner's claim was rejected as the Jail Certificate, which is the condition precedent for grant of such pension was found to be a fraudulent one.

On a conspectus of material on record, this Court is of the considered opinion that the writ petition is devoid of any merits and accordingly the same stand rejected. ( V.Narasingh ) Balaram Judge
