1. There are sufficient provisions in the Cr.P.C. itself which can be Order No.

invoked by the Petitioners to raise the issue regarding limitation before the trial Court. There is no need for the Court to entertain the present petition at this stage. Consequently, the stay granted by this Court on 24th October, 2011 stands vacated.
