This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

There is no pendency on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner when the matter is called.

On perusal it is seen that the petitioner had assailed the order passed by the Opposite Party No.2-Director, Land Records, Survey and Consolidation dated 15.05.2012 at Annexure-8 by which with a view to complete the consolidation operation of the ongoing village within the prescribed time span for the actions by the government in terms of the orders passed by the Board of Revenue, Odisha, Cuttack, the petitioner working as J.C. Class-IV employees of the Consolidation Range Offices/ Circle Offices was deployed to the office of Additional Sub-Collector, Phulbani. It is indicated that such deployment is necessitated for completion of Settlement Operation within the time frame.

Considering the reason for which the impugned order at Annexure-8 was passed, this Court does not find any infirmity in the same so as to warrant interference. It shall be open to the petitioner to approach the Authorities for the regularization if so advised, which shall be considering on its own merits. 5.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of. 6.
