Heard Mr. M.K. Mohanty, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department. 3.

The petitioner files this writ petition challenging the order dated 05.04.2017 passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, Cuttack Bench, Cuttack in O.A. No. 3253 (C) of 2015.

Mr. S. Jena, learned Standing Counsel for School & Mass Education Department contended that the opposite parties will consider the grievance of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by the Tribunal in O.A. No. 3253 (C) of 2015 within a period of six weeks.

In that view of the matter, the writ petition stands disposed of permitting the opposite parties to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the order passed by the tribunal as mentioned above within a period of six weeks from today.
