This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

It is agreed at the Bar that similar matters vide W.P.(C) Nos.12915 to 12925 of 2009 were disposed of by this Court on 21.06.2017 and challenging the judgment of this Court passed therein, the State Government had gone to the Hon'ble Supreme Court. As there is no dispute that the present lis is covered by the judgment passed in W.P.(C) No.12915 to 12925 of 2009, this Writ Petition stands disposed of directing the O.Ps. to consider the case of the petitioner in the light of the direction given in the aforesaid Writ Petition read with the decision of the Apex Court in the respective SLP(C).

Accordingly, the W.P.(C) stands disposed of.
