1. The Annexure-2 is an agreement between the parties compromising the disputes. Learned counsel for the State does not dispute the fact of such agreement.

2. In that view of the matter, the proceedings in G.R. Case No.830 of 2011, arising out of Gop P.S. Case No.163 of 2011 in the file of J.M.F.C., Nimapara and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. Accordingly, the CRLMC is disposed of. The interim order passed earlier stands vacated.

4. The Superintendent of the concerned Branch is directed to immediately communicate this order to the concerned Subordinate Court.
