This RPFAM has been filed assailing order dated 23rd May, 2009 passed by learned Judge, Family Court, Cuttack in CP No.704 of 2007.

Office note discloses that steps for limitation has not yet been taken. The RPFAM was filed on 26th February, 2010 and thereafter no step has been taken in the matter. Thus, this Court is of the considered opinion that the Petitioner has lost interest to pursue the RPFAM.
