The disposed of writ petition has been listed under heading 'To Be Mentioned' at instance of Court. This is because some contents of order dated 21st July, 2022, disposing of the writ petition, were reported in the papers and a typographical error noticed thereby. 2.

Mr. Sahoo, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner while Mr. Acharya, learned advocate, Standing Counsel appears on behalf of the Department.

The error is in paragraph-6 of said order. Compensation figure stands mentioned initially at Rs.5,00,000/- and thereafter reduced to Rs.3,00,000/-. The reduced figure is the error. It be corrected to read Rs.5,00,000/-. 4.

The correction be deemed to have been incorporated in said order dated 21st July, 2022.
