This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner with a prayer to quash the order dated 19th August, 2002 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Pattamundai in G.R. Case No.504 of 1994 wherein N.B.W.(A) has been issued against him. 3.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioner when the matter is called.

The defect is yet to be removed.
