2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the FIR in connection with Parjang P.S. Case No.181 (4) of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.425 of 2011 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Kamakshyanagar.

3. It appears that this case is of the year 2011. Defect pointed out by the S.R. has not yet been removed.

4. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter is called.
