1. The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file a revision petition before the Board of Revenue against the impugned order in accordance with law. The originals filed as Annexures be returned to the Petitioner subject to their being substituted by attested photocopies thereof. If the Petitioner files the revision petition not later than 29th August, 2022 the interim order passed by this Court will continue till such time the Board of Revenue passes an appropriate order on the application for interim relief.

2. The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
