1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal before the Appellate Authority in accordance with law. If such an appeal is filed not later than 5th September, 2022 accompanied by an application for condonation of delay citing the pendency of the present petition as reasons for the delay, it will be considered in accordance with law by the Appellate Authority.
2. The original assessment order be returned subject to being substituted with an attested photocopy thereof.
