This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This petition has been filed by the Petitioners for transfer of Civil Suit No.332 of 2018 instituted at their instance from the file of the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandikhol to the Court of Civil Judge (Senior Division), Cuttack.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioners and the learned counsel for the Opposite Parties.

It appears that the aforesaid suit is for partition and the distance between Chandikhol to Cuttack can hardly be covered within an hour and it is well communicated.

Therefore, the Petitioners for their convenience cannot seek transfer of the aforesaid suit.

Considering the same, this Court, while rejecting the prayer made by the Petitioners, directs the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Chandikhol to dispose of the aforesaid Civil Suit No.332 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within six months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. 7.
With the aforesaid order, this transfer petition stands disposed of.
