1. In the counter affidavit, it is stated that the Opposite Party No.2 has already received the petition dated 19th December 2011 of the Petitioner for making a reference under Sections 18 and 30 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894. It is stated that the said petition has been forwarded to the Court of the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kujang vide Letter No.1308 dated 7th November 2015 for adjudication. This counter affidavit was filed way back on 8th December, 2015 and there has been no rejoinder filed thereto.
2. In that view of the matter, the main prayer in the present petition does not survive. If the said petition referred to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kujang has not already been disposed of, it shall be disposed of in accordance with law within six months from today.
3. A copy of this order be sent to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Kujang by the Registry forthwith.
