This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order dated 9th April, 2009 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhanjanagar in 1.C.C. No.98 of 2007, taking cognizance of the offences under Sections 147/148/452/294/506-II/149 of the I.P.C., as well as the entire proceeding.

Considering the facts and submissions made, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 4.
Accordingly, the CRLMC stands dismissed.

However, if the Petitioners surrender, if not on bail, before the Court in seisin over the matter within six weeks hence and makes a motion for bail, the Court in seisin over the
// 2 // matter shall release them on bail in connection with the aforesaid case on such terms and conditions as it may deem just and proper.
