Heard Mr. Ramesh Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner.

In this CRLMC, the petitioner has prayed to quash the orders dated 21.09.2016 and 30.01.2017 passed in ICC (DV) No.35/2016 by the learned J.M.F.C., Pipili and further to quash the criminal proceeding in ICC (DV) No.35/2016 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Pipili.

Mr. Sahoo, learned counsel for the petitioner states that as he is unable to contact his client, he does not want to proceed with the case and the same may kindly be permitted to be withdrawn. To that effect, he has filed a memo. The same be kept on record. Considering the submission made and in view of the memo filed, the Criminal Misc. Case is disposed of, as withdrawn. Urgent certified copy of this order be granted on proper application.
