This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.
Heard learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the Petitioners submits that serious allegations of misappropriation of public funds has been alleged against the Block Development Officer, Assistant Engineer, Junior Engineer, Gram Panchayat Officer, V.L.W., Chairman and Sarpanch as well as Contractors and other office bearers while executing public contract. It is further submitted that although they have approached the Vigilance authority by lodging complaint, the same has not been attended to by the Vigilance authority. Aggrieved by such inaction of the authority, they approached this Court. However, it was pointed out by the learned Additional Government Advocate that this matter is coming within the purview of learned Lokayukt, Odisha. Learned counsel for the Petitioners seeks liberty to withdraw the writ application to approach the Lokayukt, Odisha by filing an appropriate application.

The CRLMP is disposed of with the liberty as prayed for. 5.
As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
