Misc. Case No.210 of 2016 and CMAPL No. 403 of 2014

1. There is an extraordinary unexplained inordinate delay of 231 days in filing the present CMAPL. The CMAPL was filed without the Misc. Case for condonation of delay and the Misc. Case for condonation of delay was filed only on 19th August, 2016 nearly two years after filing of the CMAPL. The Court is not satisfied on delay on both counts. Accordingly, the delay is not condoned. The Misc. Case for condonation of delay is dismissed. Consequently, the CMAPL is dismissed.
