2. The partnership firm has filed this writ petition seeking a mandamus to the State Bank of India, Rasulgarh Branch, Bhubaneswar/Opposite Party No.1 for settling the outstanding dues under the OTS scheme and as per the guidelines of the Reserve Bank of India dated 04.10.2007.

3. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners prays for permission to withdraw the writ petition.
