This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/ Physical Mode).

It has been admitted by counsel for the parties, both for the petitioner and the State, that the minor son, namely Sriman Sairam is in the custody of his mother, who has alleged to be eloped with the other person (Opp. Party No.4).

In view of that, this petition accordingly, to our considered view, is not maintainable and accordingly, the same stands dismissed. 4.

However, the petitioner will be at liberty to take the appropriate recourse as per law for establishing his right for custody of his son.
